Chris Ikeda, Executive Chef

A University of St. Thomas alumnus and graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Chris spent the last six years as a chef in Kona, Hawaii before returning home to open Lake & Irving with his brother, Andrew.

Andrew Ikeda, Chef de Cuisine

A University of St. Thomas alumnus and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in Napa Valley, California. Most recently, Andrew worked at Robert Mondavi Winery in Napa Valley.
