UPDATE NOVEMBER 19TH:
In accordance with Gov. Walz' statewide order, we will no longer be offering on-site service effective Saturday, November 21st. We will remain open for takeout and delivery, 7 days a week in Uptown for dinner only (4-8pm Sun-Thurs, 4-8:30pm Fri & Sat) and continue as usual at our curbside pop-up in Savage (Tues-Sun 4-8pm). We will reopen for dine-in when restrictions are lifted and it is safe to do so.
Reservation/Heated Patio Policies:
As we enter colder part of fall/early winter, we will continue to seat the south half of our patio (which is heated with movable propane heaters). If temps are above 45, we'll offer full service as usual (in which case you'll be able to make reservations online). When temps fall below 45 degrees, we will make limited seating on the patio available on a first-come, first-serve basis and it will essentially be counter-service. There will be QR codes on the tables that will allow you to order food and drinks from your phones. You will not have a dedicated server- you'll order online and we'll run your food and drinks out to you when they're ready. If there are no tables open, we'll offer to either seat you inside or place a takeout order- we will not have a waitlist for the counter-service patio.
We are also now offering inside dining every day for dinner and every day but Monday and Tuesday for lunch.
In accordance with the state's guidelines on distancing and capacity, reservations are required and party size is limited to 8 guests (the state recently adjusted restrictions to allow for parties of up to 10, but we've decided that a max of 8 is our best option to maintain proper distancing, given the nature of our space). In addition, we are asking that guests limit their stay to an hour and a half in order to accommodate proper sanitation prior to seating the next party.
Indoor Ventilation & Air Purification:
High-capacity (3,700 sq. ft.) HEPA air purifiers w/ ionization have been implemented in our dining room.
MERV-13 filters have been installed in all of our HVAC equipment.
Our HVAC system has been adjusted to ensure that air is being circulated at all times, even if the heat/A.C. is not running.
When the weather allows, we will open windows in the front and back of the restaurant to encourage additional ventilation and to introduce more fresh air.
Safety & Sanitation:
Hand washing is mandatory with increased frequency for all members of our staff. Staff are also required to wear masks.
All staff members are screened for temperature and signs of illness like cough or shortness of breath before their shift begins.
Tables have been spaced out and capacity limited to provide for proper distancing between parties.
Contact surfaces including but not limited to door handles, tables, chairs, credit card processing devices, tables, faucets, and bathrooms are sanitized regularly.
Contactless menus (viewable via a QR code) are available at every table. Single-use menus, utensils, and drinking cups are available upon request.
