PT Bartender

Lake & Irving has a quality team in place and we are looking to add to our FOH family. Ideal candidates will be those who have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. This is a great opportunity for those who love quality food and drinks and want to refine their service and bartending techniques within a well-established beverage program.

We are looking for a confident, skilled bartender with at least 2 years of experience. Friday and Saturday availability is required, and Sunday morning availability is preferred. There will likely be opportunity to pickup shifts on other weeknights, as well.

FOH positions for new store opening in Savage

Our new concept, Pau Hana, will be coming to Savage in July 2021. The concept was inspired by Chef Chris Ikeda's decade long stint working in Hawaii and will focus on Hawaiian Regional Cuisine with the addition of wood-fired pizza and express take-out. The bar will be serving fresh, tropical cocktails using influence from island and beach cultures from around the globe. 

We are currently hiring for all FOH positions (bar, server, AGM, and support staff) and various BOH positions as well.

FOH Requirements: 

Servers - 2 years experience in high volume, full-service restaurants. 

Bartenders - 1 to 2 years in a high volume bar. Craft cocktail experience preferred but will train if the fit is right. 

Management - 2 years high volume with a focus on upholding service standards and menu consistency. 

WA & Hosts - Experience preferred but training available for people interested.
